Training and Development; It starts with the Group Orientation Program for Borusans. Subsequently, it continues with a 14-day training program spread over two years under the Borusanlik Basic Program. In parallel with these programs, Borusan people can participate in all the programs they need for their personal development within the Borusan Academy within the scope of their development plans. If they are compatible with the defined profiles, they can simultaneously participate in faculty and joint programs.
